Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

A specialist London Cost Consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their building services team. The successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will work across technically complex projects including data centres, residential and industrial schemes.The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will take commercial ownership of MEP packages from early cost planning through procurement, delivery and final account. Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, the Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will provide detailed cost advice across mechanical, electrical and public health services.This role would suit a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with strong consultancy experience who wants greater responsibility on technically demanding projects. The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will manage key commissions, support junior colleagues and build strong relationships with clients across the London market.Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities:Preparing MEP cost plans, estimates and detailed budgetsManaging procurement and tendering for mechanical and electrical packagesReviewing subcontractor quotations and producing tender recommendationsManaging valuations, variations, change control and final accountsMonitoring MEP expenditure and reporting against agreed budgetsProviding commercial advice on building services design developmentAttending client, design team and contractor meetingsIdentifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout project ..... full job details .....
