Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Location: LondonSalary: £65,000-£75,000 per annum The Opportunity Damicor is recruiting an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a team delivering major Amazon warehouse projects in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute MEP professional with strong mechanical and electrical building services experience to take ownership of commercial activities on large-scale projects. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent commercial awareness, strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of MEP packages throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and financial performance. Prepare and manage valuations, applications for payment and variations. Manage subcontractor procurement, accounts and payments. Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities. Review contractual documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements. Work closely with project managers, engineers and wider commercial teams. Prepare regular commercial reports and provide accurate cost information. Support the successful financial delivery of projects, ensuring costs are controlled and commercial targets are achieved.
