We''re seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a team delivering a global programme of mini data centre projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the commercial performance of technically challenging projects within a growing, fast-paced environment. This role would suit a commercially astute professional who enjoys being involved in the wider project, building relationships and driving packages forward rather than simply managing the numbers. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial delivery of MEP packages across a global mini data centre programme. Take ownership of cost control, budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting. Manage procurement, subcontractor appointments, valuations and variations. Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Prepare and manage applications for payment, final accounts and contractual documentation.
