Qualified Senior Management Accountant
to join the team in a leadership capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious accountant who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team, and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality management accounts and commercial insights. You''ll manage a team of four accountants, take ownership of client portfolios, and drive improvements in reporting, processes, and controls. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants, ensuring efficient workflows and high standards of output.Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of management accounts, PandL, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.Ensure accurate reconciliations, robust financial controls, and timely reporting.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering clear financial insights.Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and automation through technology.Apply strong commercial awareness to highlight risks, opportunities, and trends within client accounts.
What We''re Looking For
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.Proven experience managing and developing a team in a medium sized accounting practiceExcellent all-round technical accounting knowledge.Strong communicator with the ability to build client ..... full job details .....
