Responsibilities
Act as an integral part of the SandS UK Finance team, supporting the Financial Accountant and Financial Controller with administration and reconciliation of key accounting areas.
Process revenue from multiple sources, review employee expenses, and manage monthly stock movements and accrual postings.
Prepare month-end reports, complete balance sheet reconciliations, and support payment run processing and review.
Manage employee access to ERP and expense portals, assist with the resolution of historical unreconciled balance sheet items, and provide support to the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams when required.
Participate in a variety of ad-hoc finance tasks, contributing to a dynamic and rewarding role.
Qualifications
Clear and persuasive communication, adaptable to different audiences to gain support for ideas.
Strong administration and organisational skills, including advanced Excel knowledge.
Client-focused mindset, ability to build relationships and drive performance through cross-team collaboration.
Results-driven, proactive in solving problems, and able to take initiative while knowing when to seek guidance.
Part-qualified in a relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA); proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Navision accounting software is ideal but not essential.
