As the
Senior Legal Operations Manager , your role is all about enabling a smart, efficient, and scalable legal function. You’ll bring clarity and structure to how legal advice is delivered across the business by introducing best-in-class systems, managing legal spend, and streamlining workflows. You’ll be the go-to expert on legal tech, team operations, outside counsel management, and internal reporting. If you''re someone who thrives at the intersection of law, tech, and business operations, this is your kind of role.This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week in the office. We support your work-life balance with a mix of in-office collaboration and home-based productivity.Regrettably, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship, so you must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis.Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
Build and implement a legal operations strategy to support a global in-house legal teamLead the selection and roll-out of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and create a business-focused records taxonomyOversee engagement with external law firms – tracking spend, managing authorisations, and measuring performanceSupport budgeting, KPI tracking, and reporting for the Legal departmentHelp coordinate internal team development, professional training compliance, and legal team activitiesAct as the key liaison between Legal and other business functions to streamline cross-functional workflows and reduce riskThese are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
