Senior Individual Giving Executive

As Individual Giving Senior Executive, you''ll play a key role in developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns that inspire supporters to continue and deepen their relationship with the Charity. You''ll manage a varied portfolio of appeals, supporter retention, development, upgrade, cross-sell and reactivation activity, working across channels including direct mail, email and telephone. From campaign planning and creative development through to analysis and reporting, you''ll take ownership of projects that help grow supporter loyalty and maximise long-term income. Working closely with colleagues across the Charity and external agencies, you''ll lead on the planning and delivery of campaigns and supporter journeys that place supporters at the heart of everything we do. This role also includes line management responsibility for an Individual Giving Assistant, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their leadership experience.
