Senior Individual Giving Manager £55,000-£57,000 per annum Full time (35 hours per week) Permanent Hybrid working - 2 days per week in our office in Cheam, Surrey, including Tuesday The Charity for Civil Servants sits at the heart of the UK Civil Service. We are looking for a Senior Individual Giving Manager to join us as we embark on the next phase of our strategy to accelerate income growth. This senior leadership role drives leads the full individual giving line, holding acquisition, retention, supporter care and legacy together as a streamlined donor journey. The role will focus on reducing the attrition of regular-giving supporters and growing our community lottery, alongside supporter journeys, payroll giving stewardship and migration, lottery and regular giving acquisition, and legacy cultivation.
