The space they operate in demands hiring some of the brightest minds globally.About the Role:This is a newly created role within a high-growth organisation undergoing rapid change. You will play a critical role in partnering closely with leaders within your client group to drive forward-thinking, strategic HR initiatives across the business.Key Responsibilities:Cultivate a culture of collaboration with business leadership across all stages of the employee lifecycle to optimise organisational effectiveness.Provide strategic HR advice and coaching on day-to-day HR queries.Manage complex HR matters, including opening new office locations, workforce planning, and employee relations topics.Support the business on feedback conversations and the broader performance review process.Design and improve HR support across the business, including leading the implementation of new HR initiatives and policies.About You:6+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.Proven experience working within a relevant industry sector (Technology, Fintech, Banking, Investment Management, Trading, etc.).Strong strategic thinking and innovative approach to problem-solving.Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional employment law, specifically within the EMEA region.Excellent analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Values working collaboratively and building strong relationships with stakeholders.We recognise how challenging this current job market is for candidates, and Hawkwood are therefore striving to provide the best candidate experience we can.If you are interested in this opportunity, we kindly request that you apply via this LinkedIn advert, as opposed to sending us an email or LinkedIn direct message.
