Description
- Lead, coach and develop the HR team to deliver responsive and effective HR support.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across all areas.
- Monitor workload distribution and team performance, identifying opportunities for development and process improvement.
- Provide expert advice and support on complex employee relations matters including absence, conduct, performance, and grievance issues.
- Ensure fair and legally compliant outcomes, balancing policy with individual circumstances.
- Support and coach managers in preparing for and conducting formal meetings, including investigations and hearings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers.
- Assist with policy interpretation and application, ensuring clarity and consistency across departments
- Ensure all HR activity is aligned with current employment legislation and company values.
- Contribute to the development of HR practices that reflect fairness, flexibility and operational needs
- Build strong working relationships with managers and employees across the business.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering practical and tailored HR guidance.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design and deliver engaging essential manager skills training to support leadership capability and confidence.
Profile
The successful candidates:
- Proven HR Advisory experience within a fast-paced enviornment.
- CIPD level 5 qualified
- Strong experiencer managing complex ER Cases
- Experience managing a team is desierable
- Excellent communication skills.
