Key Responsibilities:Provide advice to managers on employee relations issues,Act as the primary HR contact for trade unions and employee representativesLead or support union consultations and negotiationsDraft correspondence and maintain accurate employee relations recordsAdvise on UK employment law, ensuring our policies remain compliantReview HR policiesComplete audits and compliance.Support the end-to-end recruitment process and provide smooth onboarding and inductionsAssist managers with performance appraisals and development planningCollaborate with Learning and Development to identify training needsMaintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and produce insightful ..... full job details .....
