Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant - Real Estate

This leading asset management business is seeking to strengthen its Real Estate financial operations division by adding a qualified Senior Financial Accountant to the team.Responsibilities include:Monitoring, oversight, and review of management accounts and accounting processes, including year-end reporting, related to joint ventures and shared ownership structures.Providing financial management and control of specific entities, including administration of Limited Partnerships (LPs), management and statutory accounts, and liaising with auditors.Supporting transactional activities for new projects, such as assisting with transactions, determining appropriate financial operating models, onboarding newly-acquired corporate structures, and ongoing reporting and third-party liaison.Offering technical accounting support to junior team members, especially concerning complex transactions, and assisting in determining appropriate accounting treatments.Providing cover for supervisors and other financial accountants as needed.Assisting with ad-hoc projects and with half-year and year-end reporting.Qualifications:Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant (or equivalent).Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.Experience in financial statutory accounting and Real Estate Financial Accounting is ..... full job details .....
