With a large and diverse workforce, this London-based organisation is committed to providing high-quality homes to its beneficiaries.Job DescriptionPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Maintaining accurate financial records and statements.Performing budgeting and forecasting activities.Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.Contributing to the financial planning and strategy of the organisation.The Successful ApplicantA successful Financial Accountant should have:Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIPFA or CIMA)Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.Excellent numeric and analytic skills.The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to solve complex financial problems.Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.What''s on OfferA competitive salary, ranging from £60,000 to £65,000 per year.Generous pension contribution of 15%.25 days of annual leave, plus an additional 3 days during the Christmas closure period.Flexible work arrangements, with 2-3 days in the office and flexibility on start and finish times.
