Senior Financial AccountantEnfield Council£62,000 - £82,850.00 per annumPermanentRole To be the lead financial accounting technical expert for the Council s day to day and specialist accounting requirements as required by the CIPFA Code of Practice.To ensure the timely and successful conclusion of external audits of the Council s annual accounts including those relating to any prior years unaudited accounts.To be an expert and an advisor on financial accounting regulations.To lead on the day-to-day responsibility for the Council s financial controls, ensuring that all key reconciliations are produced monthly, quarterly or yearly based on an agreed level of risk.To liaise with the External Auditors and proactively develop an effective working relationship.Essential ExperienceJob Specifics Skills, ExperienceThe information you provide in this section will be used in the recruitment application process to assess the suitability of job applicants.
