Senior Environment Health OfficerWembleyTemporary OngoingHybrid - Mon to Fri 33.67 per hour UmbrellaSocial Housing and Health and Safety Enforcement Experience NeededDaniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known company based in the Wembley area who are looking for a highly skilled Senior Environmental Health Officer to join their team.Purpose of the Job - PlannerConduct inspections, investigations and enforcement activities to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and protect public health and safety.Manage a varied caseload of complaints, service requests, accident investigations and RIDDOR notifications, ensuring all cases are progressed within statutory timescales.Lead on complex enforcement matters, including serving statutory notices, gathering evidence, undertaking interviews and preparing cases for prosecution where necessary.Monitor and assess risks within commercial premises, providing expert advice and guidance to businesses, stakeholders and members of the public.Maintain accurate records, case files and reports, ensuring all information is recorded in accordance with legislative requirements and council procedures.Undertake proactive inspections, audits and compliance visits to identify breaches of legislation and implement appropriate enforcement action.Support and contribute to service improvement initiatives, performance targets and regulatory projects within the Environmental Health service.Provide technical advice and mentorship to ..... full job details .....
