The Role
 

• As the Senior Document Controller, you’ll:
• Maintain, issue, and distribute controlled copies of information ensuring compliance with design management procedures.
• Liaise with designers and suppliers to resolve queries regarding information issues.
• Provide training to participants and designers on using the drawing management system.
• Check information on drawings and troubleshoot any related problems.
• Utilise document management and collaboration tools to meet project requirements.

 


You
 

• Experience as a document controller with a strong understanding of contract documentation and environmental legislation.
• Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with risk management and life cycle costs.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team.
