This is a great opportunity for someone who not only enjoys the core responsibilities of credit control but is also keen to embrace new technology, identify efficiencies and play an active role in improving finance processes.The RoleYou''ll take ownership of your own ledger, managing outstanding debt and building strong relationships with customers, whilst also looking at how technology and AI can be used to make the credit control function more efficient.Key responsibilities will include:Managing your own customer ledger and proactively chasing outstanding debtContacting customers by telephone and email to secure paymentAllocating cash and maintaining accurate customer account recordsInvestigating and resolving invoice and payment queriesMonitoring aged debt and providing regular updates on outstanding balancesBuilding strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersSupporting month-end processes and reportingIdentifying opportunities to improve existing finance processes and ways of workingUsing AI and technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency and reduce manual administrationSupporting the implementation of new systems, ..... full job details .....
