Trainee Credit Controller

As the Credit Controller, you''ll ensure outstanding balances are collected efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues. You''ll work closely with the Account Executives and Finance team to resolve queries, reduce aged debt, and help deliver a first-class customer experience. Duties of Credit Controller: Proactively managing and reducing aged debt across a varied client portfolio via phone, email and letterBuilding strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.Investigating and resolving payment queries promptly.Allocating receipts and maintaining accurate customer account records.Producing debtor reports and supporting month-end processes.Working collaboratively with Account Executives to resolve outstanding issues.Identifying opportunities to improve credit control processes and efficiencies.Ensuring compliance with company procedures and FCA standards.
