Viridis Talent is seeking Senior Cost Consultants for consultancy opportunities in Fort Worth, supporting data centre construction from early cost planning through final account.

You will:

• Lead pre- and post-contract cost management for projects or major packages.

• Establish budgets, procurement strategies and commercial reporting processes.

• Evaluate contractor estimates, changes and payment applications.

• Manage contingency, risk allowances and forecast final costs.

• Present clear commercial recommendations to clients and delivery teams.

• Guide junior cost consultants and review their deliverables.

Your experience should include:

• Approximately 6–10 years in cost consultancy, quantity surveying or a comparable commercial role.

• Independent responsibility for complex construction projects.

• Strong negotiation, contract administration and client-management skills.

• Data centre or other technically demanding project experience.

MRICS, AACE or comparable professional accreditation would be advantageous.
