CSA Senior Cost Consultant Location: North East England Sector: Data Centres / Mission-Critical Infrastructure Employment: Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced CSA Senior Cost Consultant to join our Cost and Commercial Management team, supporting the commercial delivery of a major hyperscale data centre programme in the North East. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially experienced professional with a strong post-contract cost management background to work on a major, complex capital project. The role will focus on the first phase of data centre delivery and associated campus infrastructure, with responsibility for supporting the commercial management of key Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages from procurement through to final account. You will work closely with the site-based commercial leadership team, principal contractors, supply chain partners and wider project stakeholders to ensure strong commercial control and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Support the Commercial Director in the commercial management of major CSA capital work packages from procurement through to final account. Support and, where appropriate, lead GMP development, negotiation and conversion into agreed package values. Prepare and review valuations, payment recommendations and change control.
