Our client, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Senior CDM and Health and Safety Consultant to join their growing Leeds team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across the real estate and built environment sectors, providing expert CDM and Health and Safety advice to a wide range of clients. The Role You''ll play a key role in delivering CDM and Health and Safety consultancy services, supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry best practice. As a trusted advisor, you''ll build strong client relationships, lead projects, and contribute to the continued growth of the consultancy''s Health and Safety offering. Key Responsibilities Deliver CDM and Health and Safety consultancy services across multiple projects. Undertake the Principal Designer role in accordance with the CDM Regulations. Provide expert advice to clients on their statutory duties and Health and Safety responsibilities. Produce and review Pre-Construction Information and Health and Safety Files. Carry out Health and Safety audits, inspections and performance reviews. Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
