5-9+ years in HRIS/SAP HCM with at least 3+ years in EC-focused BAU/AMS Experience operating in multi-country, multi-legal-entity environments Participation in at least 2 full life cycle implementations or major rollouts is a plus ITSM tools (eg, ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) SuccessFactors modules adjacent to EC: Time Off, Time Sheet, Onboarding Payroll touchpoints: ECP or third-party payroll integration Identity services: IAS/IPS (SSO, user provisioning) Monitor and resolve inbound/outbound integration issues with HR, payroll, and downstream systems; coordinate with Middleware teams (eg, SAP Integration Suite/CPI).
