It is an opportunity for a qualified finance professional who can combine technical finance expertise, strategic thinking and hands-on consulting delivery.You''ll join the growing Finance Transformation practice of a major global consultancy, working directly with CFOs and senior finance leaders on complex, enterprise-level programmes. The team helps organisations rethink how their finance functions operate, improve business performance and strengthen the role finance plays in commercial decision-making.Your work could include finance target operating models, organisation design, core financial process transformation, integrated planning, forecasting, performance management and cost optimisation. You''ll help clients understand their challenges, develop practical recommendations and lead the delivery of lasting change.Alongside client delivery, you''ll contribute to the continued growth of the practice through proposals, bids, client development, new propositions and thought leadership. You''ll also lead workstreams, build senior stakeholder relationships and support the development of more junior consultants.You''ll likely be a strong fit if you have:An ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accountancy qualification.
