Role: Senior Children''s Support Worker Location: CoventryHours: 2 Days On / 4 Days Off Rota Including 6 Sleep-ins per MonthSalary: 35,000 per annum About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Senior Children''s Support Worker to join a residential children''s home in Coventry. What will you be doing?Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.Leading shifts and supporting the effective day-to-day running of the home.Building positive relationships with young people and acting as a trusted role model.Supporting children to achieve their personal, educational, and social goals.Completing care plans, daily records, and incident reports accurately.Promoting safeguarding and ensuring the welfare of children is always the highest priority.Working closely with families, social workers, schools, and other professionals.Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.Experience/Qualifications RequiredPrevious experience working within ..... full job details .....
