With several exciting programmes set to launch, they''re looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior client stakeholders, lead critical change initiatives, mentor junior consultants, and play a key role in the continued growth of a dynamic consultancy. As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you''ll take ownership of end-to-end change workstreams across complex transformation programmes. You''ll be responsible for shaping and delivering change strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, supporting adoption, and providing trusted advice to clients navigating organisational change. Key Skills andamp; Experience: Proven experience delivering change and transformation programmes within a management consultancy, change consultancy, or transformation advisory environment. Strong knowledge of recognised change management methodologies and frameworks. Experience leading change workstreams across business, digital, technology, or operating model transformation programmes.
