Change Management Consultant (London Market Insurance) 425- 436 per day (Outside IR35) Location: London (EC3) - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Contract: 10 weeks+We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a London Market insurance client on a business transformation programme. This role will focus on underwriting-led process standardisation, operating model optimisation, and driving adoption of new ways of working across key business functions.This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone who can bridge the gap between transformation delivery and business adoption within a complex insurance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver change strategies aligned to transformation objectivesDrive stakeholder engagement across underwriting, operations, claims, and support functionsLead business readiness and adoption activities, including impact assessments and intervention planningFacilitate workshops to align on target operating models and process changesDeliver communications, training coordination, and change collateralSupport embedding of standardised processes and monitor adoption outcomesEssential ExperienceStrong London Market insurance experience (Lloyd''s or company market)Proven delivery of change within underwriting or operational transformation programmesDemonstrated ability to drive stakeholder engagement and behavioural adoptionExperience with process standardisation and operating model changeStrong workshop ..... full job details .....
