Senior Change and Organisation Development Lead (Transformation)

I''m working with a London local authority embarking on a significant organisational transformation programme, with real investment behind it and a clear commitment to improving the way the organisation works, develops its people and delivers services. They''re looking for an experienced Senior Change and Organisation Development Lead to play a key role in that journey. This is a broad, visible and genuinely influential position where you''ll work across multiple transformation programmes, helping senior leaders navigate change, strengthen leadership capability and build an organisation that''s better equipped for the future.
