Senior Change and Organisation Development Lead (Transformation)
I''m working with a London local authority embarking on a significant organisational transformation programme, with real investment behind it and a clear commitment to improving the way the organisation works, develops its people and delivers services. They''re looking for an experienced Senior Change and Organisation Development Lead to play a key role in that journey. This is a broad, visible and genuinely influential position where you''ll work across multiple transformation programmes, helping senior leaders navigate change, strengthen leadership capability and build an organisation that''s better equipped for the future. If you''re looking for another role where you''re producing strategy documents, facilitating the occasional workshop and moving on to the next project, this probably isn''t it. This organisation is looking for someone who enjoys making things happen. You''ll work alongside senior leaders and programme teams to ensure the people side of change is every bit as strong as the operational delivery. That means designing practical organisation development interventions, supporting organisational design, developing leadership capability, improving engagement and helping services adopt new ways of working that genuinely stick.
