role The Senior CDM Principal Designer will be responsible for delivering Principal Designer services across commercial and residential projects. You will liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors to advise on risk mitigation from concept through to construction.The

Senior CDM Principal DesignerAt least 4 years’ experience in a CDM or Principal Designer role

Familiar with the CDM Regulations 2015 and relevant health and safety legislation

Design-based degree (Architecture, Engineering or Surveying preferred)

Strong report writing and communication skills

NEBOSH Construction Certificate or APS Membership desirable

In Return?£50,000 – £60,000 per annum
