Senior CDM Principal Designer

A multi-disciplinary consultancy with a rapidly expanding CDM division is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to join their growing team. The Senior CDM Principal Designer role

The Senior CDM Consultant will oversee Principal Designer responsibilities across several concurrent projects. You will liaise with design teams, lead client-facing meetings, and ensure CDM 2015 compliance from concept through to completion.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Senior CDM Consultant will play a key role in embedding design safety within fast-paced environments.

The Senior CDM Consultant

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (required)
• Tech IOSH (minimum)
• APS membership (preferred)
• Design qualification (Architecture, Engineering or Surveying) (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years'' experience in a CDM or PD role (required)
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and relevant design standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
