Senior CDM Consultant

will oversee Principal Designer responsibilities across several concurrent projects. You will liaise with design teams, lead client-facing meetings, and ensure CDM 2015 compliance from concept through to completion.Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the

NEBOSH Construction Certificate (required)Tech IOSH (minimum)APS membership (preferred)Design qualification (Architecture, Engineering or Surveying) (preferred)Minimum 5 years'' experience in a CDM or PD role (required)Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and relevant design standardsExcellent communication and organisational skillsIn Return
