Driving new business growth with a focus on
custom exhibition stand design and build projectsDeveloping long-term client partnerships that lead to repeat projects and referralsRepresenting the agency at trade shows, networking events, and client pitchesCollaborating closely with creative, design, and project delivery teams to ensure client visions are brought to lifeManaging your pipeline effectively through CRM and reporting to the Sales DirectorTravelling across the UK and Europe for meetings, events, and industry exhibitionsWhat You’ll Bring:
Proven business development experience
in a
design and build exhibitions agency
(essential)Strong understanding of the exhibitions and live events sectorA proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to win high-value projectsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsCommercial awareness and confidence in managing budgets and marginsFlexibility to travel across the UK and Europe (occasional overnight stays)Full UK driving licence and valid passportSkills You’ll Use Every Day:

£45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
