Senior Accounts Assistant

Senior Accounts Assistant Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting retail business based near Camden. They are looking to hire a Senior Accounts Assistant to act as a bridge between the transactional team and the Line Manager. Duties: Process and reconcile concession debtor accounts. Manage credit control and overdue accounts. Review aged debtors and issue monthly wholesale customer statements. Prepare debtor forecasts and customer payment plans. Update daily cash summaries and assist with monthly cash flow forecasts. Maintain trade supplier payment forecasts. Supervise and assist with purchase ledger operations. Process supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring appropriate authorisation. Prepare and review weekly supplier payment runs and issue remittance advices. Process weekly and monthly journals, including accruals. Maintain the fixed asset register and process monthly depreciation journals. Perform monthly bank and other account reconciliations. Requirements: Double entry bookkeeping experience Good understanding of accruals/prepayments/journals Good credit control / accounts receivable experience Salary + additional information: 35,000 - 40,000 Based in the office 5 days a week If you are interested in the role please apply!
