Key ResponsibilitiesAs Accounts Assistant, your duties will include:Processing and administering company credit cards, including Expensify and HSBC accountsPerforming bank reconciliations for the trading accountReviewing purchase orders and invoices within NetSuiteRaising purchase orders for finance-related costs, utilities, and employee reimbursementsMonitoring and managing the finance inboxMaintaining supplier records and setting up new suppliersManaging the approval matrix in collaboration with the IT teamCarrying out supplier account reconciliationsProducing and maintaining the Accounts Payable ageing reportSupporting weekly payment runsAssisting with finance inductions and training ..... full job details .....
