Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)£ You will work closely with teachers to support SEN pupils with moderate, severe, or multiple learning difficulties, as well as behavioural, social, communication, sensory, or physical disabilities.

Who are you£


  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalentandnbsp;essential
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)andnbsp;essential
  • Experience working with SEN pupils.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and health andamp; safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under teacher supervision.
  • Support therapy and care programmes.
  • Monitor pupil progress and report to the teacher.
  • Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Manage challenging behaviour and provide emotional support.
  • Supervise pupils during school activities and outings.
  • Maintain learning resources and assist with specialist equipment.
