SENCO - Further Education CollegeLocation: BuckinghamshireFurther Education CollegePermanent 46,000 - 53,000 per annumAre you an experienced SENCO or SEND professional looking for your next opportunity within a Further Education College?We are looking for an experienced SENCO to lead the strategic and day-to-day delivery of SEND support, ensuring learners with additional needs receive the provision, adjustments and support they need to succeed.The RoleLead and coordinate SEND provision across the FE CollegeLead on EHCP consultations, annual reviews and placementsWork closely with local authorities, families and external agenciesLiaise with curriculum teams to support inclusive teachingAdvise on reasonable adjustments and SEND legislationLead, support and develop the SEND / Support for Learning teamMonitor learner support, progress and outcomesOversee specialist agencies and individual learner provisionManage SEND funding and high-needs processesLead staff training and promote inclusive teaching practiceMonitor and improve the quality of SEND provisionAbout YouStrong Further Education College SEND experienceExperience as a SENCO, SEND Manager, SEN Lead, ALS Manager or similarStrong knowledge of EHCPs and the SEND Code of PracticeExperience working with local authorities and external agenciesExperience leading or managing SEND / learning support teamsStrong understanding of inclusive teaching and reasonable adjustmentsExperience using data to monitor learner outcomesExcellent ..... full job details .....
