This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SENCO to lead effective SEND provision across the school, ensuring students receive appropriate support and that their individual needs and EHCP outcomes are effectively met. About the Role As SENCO, you will take a lead role in coordinating and developing SEND provision across the school. You will work closely with teaching staff, support staff, families, external professionals and senior leaders to ensure students receive high-quality, personalised support.
