This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA who is confident working with pupils who require additional support and is looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the wider support team to provide targeted support to pupils with a range of additional needs. You may be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, working with small groups or providing support within the classroom, depending on the needs of the school and individual pupils.The role will involve:Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN, helping them to access learning and participate positively in school life.Supporting pupils with a range of needs, which may include ASC, SEMH, ADHD, communication and learning difficulties.Helping to implement individual support strategies, differentiated activities and personalised learning plans.Promoting positive behaviour, confidence, independence ..... full job details .....
