We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Dover, seeking a dedicatedandnbsp;SEN Teaching Assistantandnbsp;to join their team fromandnbsp;September 2025.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Support pupils both in the classroom and in small group or 1:1 settings
- Collaborate with teaching staff and the SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
£ Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN in a school setting
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification) desirable.andnbsp;
