Youandrsquo;ll be working one-on-one with a secondary-aged student who needs a bit of extra support to thrive. Your mission£ To empower them with confidence, help them stay focused, and be their go-to champion in the classroom.

Contract: Full time andndash; September start

Salary: andpound;85 - andpound;100 per day

andnbsp;Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student with special educational needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD or SEMH
• Support learning activities, adapting them to suit the studentandrsquo;s unique needs
• Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to implement EHCP strategies
• Encourage independence while being a reassuring presence
• Celebrate the small winsandmdash;because every step forward counts!
• Occasionally break into spontaneous dance (not required, but highly encouraged)

andnbsp;Must-Haves:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English andamp; Maths
• A relevant TA qualification (Level 2/3) or experience supporting SEN students
• A big heart, endless patience, and the ability to laugh when the laminator breaks (again)
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
