What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech andamp; language needs
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual learning plans
- Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to create inclusive, engaging learning environments
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
- Assisting with personal care when required
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting
- A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3) are a bonus, but not essential
