SEN Teaching Assistant – Haringey

Salary: £85 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time

GSL Education is looking to appoint a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support a specialist primary setting in Haringey. This role offers the chance to make a real difference by working closely with pupils who have additional needs such as Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).

• Provide 1:1 and group support to children with a range of special educational needs.

• Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet diverse learning requirements.

• Promote confidence, independence, and positive social interaction among pupils.

• Help implement effective behaviour support strategies with guidance from senior staff.

• Prior experience working with SEN pupils is highly beneficial.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
