Job Description:
Veritas Education is working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school located in Redbridge, East London, who are looking to appoint a qualified Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from September 2025 or after the October half-term.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children''s learning and development, with a particular interest in working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children in a primary school setting
• Some SEN experience, including working with children with autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
• Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils
• Assisting children with SEN to access the curriculum
• Supporting the class teacher in managing behaviour and routines
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
