- Position: Special Needs Teaching Assistant
- Location: Poole
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Start date: As soon as possible

We support children aged 4 to 19 with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our dedicated staff work closely with each student to help them reach their full potential and develop independence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, tailored learning activities
- Support students on a 1-1 basis and within small groups
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the team
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate, patient individual with a genuine interest in supporting children with SEN
- Relevant experience or qualifications in education, childcare, or SEN support are desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a desire to make a difference
