• Position: Special Needs Teaching Assistant
• Location: Poole 
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Start date: As soon as possible 

Our school is committed to creating a caring, inclusive environment where every student can succeed. We support children aged 4 to 19 with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our dedicated staff work closely with each student to help them reach their full potential and develop independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, tailored learning activities
• Support students on a 1-1 basis and within small groups
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the team

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate, patient individual with a genuine interest in supporting children with SEN
• Relevant experience or qualifications in education, childcare, or SEN support are desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a desire to make a difference
