SEN Teaching Assistants - Bournemouth

 Working Hours: 08:30am - 15:30pm
 Age Range: 4-19 years
We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support children and young people with complex needs in specialist settings across Bournemouth.
Whether you''re seeking full-time employment or prefer the flexibility of bank staff roles, we have rewarding opportunities available to work with pupils aged 4 to 19 years with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, non-verbal communication, and physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with complex needs
- Assist with communication, sensory regulation, and emotional wellbeing
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver holistic care
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
