Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs? A specialist SEN school in Bournemouth is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join their team across a range of flexible roles.

Location: Bournemouth
Working Hours: 09:00am - 15:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Types Available:

• Ad-Hoc (flexible daily cover)

You will be supporting pupils with a variety of complex needs, including autism, physical disabilities, and severe learning difficulties. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you''ll help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment tailored to each pupil''s individual needs.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support
• Assist with personal care and mobility needs (where required)
• Support communication and sensory development
• Promote independence and emotional wellbeing
• Collaborate with staff and families to support pupil progress

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred)
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different needs
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
