About the Roles:

Typical Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for SEN pupils
• Foster inclusive, safe, and nurturing classrooms
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with SEN teams, parents, and external experts

The Perfect Candidate:

£ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
£ Experience with SEN pupils (ASD, MLD, SEMH, or similar)
£ Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient
£ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
