Typical Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for SEN pupils
- Foster inclusive, safe, and nurturing classrooms
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with SEN teams, parents, and external experts
The Perfect Candidate:
£ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
£ Experience with SEN pupils (ASD, MLD, SEMH, or similar)
£ Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient
£ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
