• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching students with SEND
• Effective classroom management paired with strong communication abilities

• Outstanding organisational skills and a dedication to supporting student growth

The ideal candidate will:

• Deliver stimulating, differentiated lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
• Modify teaching approaches to improve accessibility and student engagement
• Establish a well-organized, positive classroom atmosphere that promotes student success
• Collaborate closely with SENCOs, support staff, and families to support student development
• Encourage student confidence and independence through innovative teaching techniques
