Salary: andpound;29,344 to andpound;44,919 (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
A nurturing and forward-thinking special school in Aylesbury is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support individual learning needs
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with LSAs, therapists, and parents to support pupils holistically
- Implement and review EHCP targets
- Promote independence, confidence, and progress in every child
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with children with SEN (in a mainstream or specialist setting)
- Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and SEN strategies
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- A commitment to helping every child succeed
