Your Mission:
Design andamp; Deliver: Create and implement highly differentiated, evidence-based learning experiences aligned with EHCP targets, emphasizing communication, social development, sensory integration, and emotional regulation.
Innovate andamp; Adapt: Develop and continuously refine personalised learning programmes that address sensory needs and foster social connectivity alongside academic growth.
Collaborate andamp; Integrate: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team - including Speech andamp; Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Educational Psychologists - to deliver holistic, wrap-around support.
Empower Communication: Champion alternative and augmentative communication strategies (PECS, Makaton, communication tech), driving independence and engagement.
Champion Wellbeing: Cultivate emotional resilience and life skills through structured environments, consistent routines, visual supports, and targeted self-regulation techniques.
Evaluate andamp; Enhance: Employ ongoing formative assessments and data-driven insights to tailor interventions, ensuring continuous learner progress.
Engage Stakeholders: Build strong partnerships with families, carers, and external professionals to foster collaborative, learner-centred support networks.
