The role:

• Teaching small groups of secondary-aged students with a variety of SEN needs.

• Creating engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning plans.

• Working closely with the SENCo, support staff, and parents/carers to achieve positive outcomes.

• Playing a key part in the school''s growth and development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Secondary SEN.

• A patient, adaptable, and resilient approach.

• Passion for inclusive education and improving outcomes for all learners.
